Data center access request

The application form below can be used to request physical data center access for non-cardholders.

If you plan to visit a Serverius data center on behalf of a Serverius client and don’t have a personal access pass (yet), please use the form below to request access. Your request will be verified by Serverius, and you’ll be informed about the next steps in the visiting procedure.

* Please note that your request will only be processed during Dutch office hours. Visits without an access card and access card setup are only possible during regular Dutch office hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, Amsterdam time). Emergency access outside of these hours without personal access card is only available to clients who submit an Oncall emergency remote hands request after completing this form.
