Serverius Refund Policy
All customers are obligated to read, agree to, and keep up-to-date on each of our policies. By obtaining and continuing to use our service, you are agreeing to all of the Serverius policies.
General Policy
By default, Serverius does not refund any amount in any way. No refunds on any Serverius services like Lease To Own, MaaS, Colocation, IP network or connectivity related services DDoS protection Services, nor service addons, nor software licenses, nor setup fees, nor administrative fees, nor account credit balance, or support or install fees. By making a payment, Client accepts the correct (future) delivery of its service(s). As a result, there is never any discussion afterwards whether an invoice is justified or not.
Any Client (and/or user) of Serverius services accept these terms. If an invoice amount is over 100,- EUR, Client can submit a request for a refund to the Serverius finance department (finance@serverius.net), where Serverius has the final decision to grant or refuse the request without any explanation. Only if the request is granted by the finance department, Serverius will do the refund to the Client, where Client will never do a refund him selves (for example by the bank, PayPal, Credit card, or any other payment provider).
No Money-Back Guarantee
Service renewals and recurring payments of any money-back guarantee services are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for accounts that have not been canceled before the next expiration date. This means that during the cancellation of service, a final payment prior to the cancellation is non-refundable.
These “Refund Policy” conditions are an addition to the general terms and conditions of Serverius. Please note that this policy is subject to change at any time without notice, although you can always check the latest version from this page. In addition, customers will be notified of changes by means of updates within their client panel my.serverius.net.
