The Serverius 24×7 DDoS NOC support service is a ready-to-use SLA service what can be used to outsource all monitoring, management and knowledge to Serverius.

The easy to use DDoS Protection Cloud management software in the customer portal together with personal training and default support by the NOC engineers are based on the principle “if you can do it yourselves, you should do it yourselves by the client panel. But if needed, you can rely on the default Serverius NOC support”. Therefore you don’t need to be highly skilled to manage your own DDoS protection environment.

But in some cases a higher support level support and knowledge is needed. Therefore you can upgrade the Default SLA plan to a paid version. With a paid SLA package the Serverius NOC simply fully take over your monitoring, configuration and they will take action during attacks. Or if you want to have them as a backup, you still can use it as an extra guaranteed SLA support.

Upfront checkups, improvements and advice

When a paid SLA package is added to your DDoS Protection Cloud package an NOC engineer will do a technical checkup to have good insights about your protected IP application. He will configure the best possible Safe Zone configuration and will scan you IP application on all known vulnerabilities what attackers use to sent DDoS or get your application down. A full rapport of these scans will be sent to the clients so he can improve his application security.

IP application monitoring

The paid SLA packages will include monitoring you IP applications. When your application performance is going down and you have a DDoS attack, a NOC engineer will take action immediately and will inform the status.

Periodically PEN and vulnerability testing

On random base, all protected application what have a paid SLA will be periodically scanned on vulnerabilities. Therefore when a application changed afterwards and have some new vulnerability, the admin will be informed automatically to close his security holes. On agreed timing, the NOC will also shoot real a cocktail of the latest and most common DDoS attacks to the protected applications to see if his protection is still working good.
