Serverius offers companies to use a private data center cage or cooling alley where general environment such as cooling, 24×7 onsite support, connectivity, emergency power, building security will be used. The additional Serverius NOCaaS, Internet connectivity, and other services will support the users in creating their private IT infrastructure with the highest possible uptime and flexibility.
Private cage / room colocation.
At the Serverius data centers, you can rent private cooling alleys with or without your own fence and private data center rooms. From 32 up to 600 high-density three-phase powered racks. All resources like non-break power, cooling, cross-connects, and on-site support will be included. This will offer great flexibility and cost advantage for large enterprise users.
When you need more than 2MW of power, Serverius can also offer tailor-made solutions up to 6MW. In such situations, a custom-made data room will be build which includes all Serverius colocation services like SLA rapports, hardware support, on-site support, and maintenance.

Single or three-phase power
From one single phase 32Amp power plug per rack, up to redundant three-phase power connected racks.
Transparent power calculation
When having a private data center room of more than 250KW, an open power calculation model is offered. All power cables to the rooms are metered, and you can use them however you want. At the end of every month, Serverius its power buying pricing is shown, where some % raise will be applied (to maintain the data center power infrastructure). This way you will always pay the lowest possible power fee in Europe.
Free cross-connects
To build your private network or to use the Serverius network, every alley or private cage will get 10 free cross-connects to the meet-me room.
Luxury office space
You can rent your luxury office space inside the data center building. This includes WiFi, office cleaning, a luxury kitchen, free coffee, and more. Our luxury meeting rooms can be used for free, your private parking space is within the data center fence and you can use a personal storage room together with many other options.
Free layer 2 transport
You will be able to use redundant 10Gpbps or 100Gbps Layer 2 transport network connection to Nikhef, Equinix AM7, InterXion Science Park, GlobalSwitch, or for free. This way you can connect to any possible carrier in the Netherlands.
Free internet connectivity
You will get a redundant 10Gpbps or 100Gbps Serverius IP network connection for free. This can be upgraded to multiple 10Gbps or 100Gbps ports with several network services.
On-site support
When you are not at the data center, you can rely on the free 7 days a week on-site support. This team of experienced engineers will assist in all possible ways.
